We understand that sometimes things dont work out as planned. Thats why we offer a 15-day return policy.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.
• Return the item to us in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• We will refund your purchase price, minus shipping costs.
• If you receive an item in a different size and color than what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
• If a customer orders a custom product and then asks for a refund or return, the refund or return will not be granted.
• If Customers can cancel orders for a refund within 2 days & receive it in 7 business days.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

• Provide us with your order number and the size or color you would like to exchange for.

• We will ship the new item to you for a small shipping fee, which will depend on your location.
