Return and Refunds Policy
At Trendy Leather Jackets (TLJ), we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly cancel and accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria
- You must contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving the product to highlight any issues.
- Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All garment tags must be intact.
- You must have the original receipt in email or printed (physical) form.
- If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will replace that item or accept a return of that item and provide a full refund or grant an exchange.

- Provide clear images of the issue to ensure that your request is addressed promptly.
- Provide us your receipt containing your order number alongside the reason for your return.
How To Exchange
- Email our customer service team at info@trendyleatherjackets.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your product to request an exchange.
- Provide clear images of the issue (if any).
- Include your order receipt containing the order number alongside the size, color or the product you would like to exchange for.
Our Process for Handling Returns and Exchanges
- Your request will be reviewed within 24 – 48 hours by our support team.
- An agent will be assigned to you for handling your issue with the product.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality Control team to make sure that the item meets our requirements.
- REFUND: Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned goods.
- EXCHANGE: Your exchange for the replacement item will be shipped to you within fifteen (15) business days after we have received and inspected the original item.
To Make A Refund/Exchange Request

- Include your order id (appears as ORDER # XXXXX), name and whether you want to exchange or file a refund.
- In the body of the email:
- What product are you returning specifically (Name of the product on our website).
- The reason for making the return.
- Whether you’re interested in an exchange for a different size, a different style of similar prices, or a refund.
Disclaimer
- If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will replace that item or accept a return of that item and provide a full refund or grant an exchange.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If exchanging with another product, you will have to cover the shipping cost of the exchanged product also.

- Issues with products are rare as our Quality Control team thoroughly checks every item before it is shipped to our customers.
