Return and Refunds Policy

At Trendy Leather Jackets (TLJ), we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we will gladly accept returns, refunds and exchanges till thirty (30) days after you have received the product under the following conditions:

Return and Exchange

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All garment and warranty tags must be intact.
  • You must have the original receipt in physical (print) form.
  • You must contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving the product to highlight any issues.
  • If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will accept a return of that item and provide a full refund or grant an exchange.

How To Return

  • Email our customer service team at info@trendyleatherjackets.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your product to request a return, refund or exchange.
  • Please provide clear images of the issue to ensure that your request is addressed within the thirty (30) days time frame.
  • Include the original receipt in physical (printed) form in the original packaging alongside the product.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However if the product is damaged or defective, it’s return shipping cost will be covered by us.
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality Control team. If the item meets our conditions, we will process your refund within fifteen (15) days.
  • If you want an exchange, your new product will be shipped to you within thirty (30) days.

Email us at info@trendyleatherjackets.com to initiate your return process. To make your refund or exchange process as efficient as possible please include the following info:

  • In the subject line of your email:
    • Include your order id (appears as ORDER # XXXXX), name and whether you want to exchange or file a refund.
  • In the body of the email:
    • What product are you returning specifically (Name of the product on our website).
    • The reason for making the return.
    • Whether you’re interested in an exchange for a different size, a different style of similar prices, or a refund.

Disclaimer

  • If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will accept the return of that item and provide a full refund or grant an exchange.
  • We do not charge any restocking (processing) fees on the returned products. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product that arrived is damaged.
  • If exchanging with another product, you will have to cover the shipping costs of the exchanged product.

Quality Control

  • Issues with products are rare as our Quality Control team thoroughly checks every item before it is shipped to our customers.
