Return and Refunds Policy

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at info@trendyleatherjackets.com. We will make every effort to resolve matters before escalation to Stripe or other third parties.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from https://trendyleatherjackets.com and is issued by Trendyjackets LLC.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, style preference, or any other non-defect related reasons. Before dispatching your order a complete photoshoot/videos of your order are shared with you alongside your Tracking ID.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

For the purposes of this Policy, “Delivery” refers to the date the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Final sale, clearance, or liquidation items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@trendyleatherjackets.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refund/Exchange Processing

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product and is required to use a trackable shipping method.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • If applied for a refund, the order will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • If applied for an exchange, the approved exchange items will be delivered to your address within 14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

We only accept returns on damaged, defective or incorrect items as mentioned in our eligibility criteria above. In such a case, return shipping costs are completely covered by us. 

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, Trendy Leather Jackets will offer either:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost; or
  • A full refund.

Customers can select their preferred resolution.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer and returned to us, the customer will be eligible for a refund once the item is received and inspected.

Because all our orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, customers will not be charged import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or customs fees upon delivery.

Eligible returned orders resulting from refused deliveries may receive a full refund in accordance with this policy.

Order Cancellation

The buyer can be facilitated with a complete refund if they cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, order processing and handling are initiated, meaning the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. For full instructions, please review our complete Cancellation Policy.

Chargebacks

Customers experiencing an issue with their order are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks when proof of delivery, tracking information, customer communication records, or other supporting evidence demonstrates that the order was fulfilled correctly.

Return Address

Do not return products to the sender address shown on the package.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
