At Trendy Leather Jackets (TLJ), we are dedicated to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. We offer both domestic (US) and international shipping to meet your needs. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our process:
Note: Business days or Working days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.
Order Cut-off Time
Order cut-off time for all the orders (international and domestic) is 03:00 PM Chicago Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time will go into processing/shipping on the next business day.

Order Processing
- All of our orders are processed within 02 to 06 Business days for Standard shipping method, and 01 Business day for the Flash shipping method.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays or after the cut-off time are processed the next business day.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons. In such cases, you will be notified and asked for the confirmation of the order via an email or a phone call from our side.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We utilize trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery throughout the United States.
Transit time for standard delivery is 02 to 06 business days, while for flash delivery, it’s between 01 to 03 business days. Flash delivery (highlighted on the product page) is only available for selected products only.
Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. In certain circumstances, such as fulfillment delays or inventory unavailability, orders may be shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing partners using FedEx or DHL to help ensure faster delivery. These shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all applicable duties, taxes, and import charges are covered by us, and customers will not be required to pay any additional import fees upon delivery.
Shipping methods are selected based on product availability, destination, package size, and the most efficient delivery option available at the time of shipment.
Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided in the shipping table above and are calculated based on both processing time and transit time.
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 4–12 business days
- Flash Shipping (Selected Products Only): Approximately 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, peak shopping seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of any delays, you will be notified through the email address or a phone call.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer free shipping on all eligible domestic (U.S.) orders.
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout when applicable. Certain products may qualify for Flash Shipping at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to modify shipping promotions, rates, and delivery options at any time without prior notice.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, some products may qualify for Flash Shipping while others may be shipped via our Standard Shipping service. In such cases, your order may be split into multiple packages and delivered separately.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment once it has been dispatched. Please note that packages shipped separately may arrive on different dates depending on the shipping method and carrier used.
International Shipping
At Trendy Leather Jackets, we are committed to providing a seamless international shopping experience. We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping to select international destinations, with all applicable import duties, VAT, GST, and customs fees included in your order total.
No additional charges will be required upon delivery.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning we handle applicable taxes, duties, and customs clearance costs on your behalf.

Refused Deliveries & Returns
If an international shipment is returned to us for any reason, customers may contact our support team for assistance. Eligible returned orders will receive a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Tracking Information
Tracking information for all the orders (international and domestic) are emailed once the order has finished processing and have been handed to the shipping carrier. You can choose to track your order on the carrier’s website or use the Order Tracking feature available on our website.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days, or if your package has not arrived within the mentioned timeframe after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team at info@trendyleatherjackets.com for assistance.
For packages confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will contact the customer to confirm their preferred resolution. If the customer requests a refund, we will issue a full refund for the item. If the customer prefers a replacement, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. Customers are encouraged to ensure that a secure delivery location is available.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We will ship orders to the address exactly as provided by the customer and cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, customers may choose one of the following options:
- Have the order reshipped to a corrected address (without any additional charges); or
- Receive a refund minus a $35 processing and return shipping fee.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trendyleatherjackets.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every reasonable effort to update the address. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening it. Email us at info@trendyleatherjackets.com with your order number and photos within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement, refund, or a fair resolution based on the findings. However, if your product has a manufacturing defect, then refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Addresses We Can Not Deliver To
- P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or package forwarding services, unless approved by us before ordering.
- Addresses where courier delivery is confirmed unavailable.
