Domestic (US) Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US orders. Standard shipping takes 4–12 business days in total (2–6 days processing + 2–6 days transit) and is handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

International Shipping

We also offer free international standard shipping to eligible countries, with delivery typically taking 5–14 business days. All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so duties, VAT, customs fees, and import charges are already covered.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Chicago time are processed the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and the request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Customized products, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible. To initiate a return, email us at info@trendyleatherjackets.com with your order number, reason, and photos. Return shipping costs are fully covered by us on eligible cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For exchanges, the replacement is delivered within 14 business days. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. Lost shipments are covered with either a full refund or a free replacement, your choice.
