For select products, Flash shipping is available at no extra cost, delivering in just 2–4 business days. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM Chicago time to be processed the same business day, orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. All applicable duties on overseas-fulfilled shipments are covered by us, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

International Shipping

All international orders are delivered within 5–14 business days (2–6 days processing + 3–8 days transit). All shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all VAT, customs duties, and import fees are included in your order total, no surprise charges when your package arrives. Returns & Refunds

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and the request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Customized products, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible. To initiate a return, email us at info@trendyleatherjackets.com with your order number, reason, and photos. Return shipping costs are fully covered by us on eligible cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For exchanges, the replacement is delivered within 14 business days. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. Lost shipments are covered with either a full refund or a free replacement, your choice.

The non-adjustable hood is built into the jacket providing head and neck coverage that is available immediately without any cord pulling or toggle adjusting. When the weather turns serious this jacket is ready without any preparation required.

Elastic cuffs at the wrist seal the sleeve end against the cold and the full length sleeves carry the voluminous puffer construction through to the arm properly. Zip closure at the front runs the full height of the jacket and the viscose lining inside adds an additional layer of insulation to the parachute outer. Two side pockets and one inner pocket provide three carry points with the inner pocket suitable for items you want secured close to the body.
