The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and the request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are fully covered by us on eligible cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For exchanges, the replacement is delivered within 14 business days.
