International Shipping

All international orders are delivered within 5–14 business days (2–6 days processing + 3–8 days transit). All shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all VAT, customs duties, and import fees are included in your order total, no surprise charges when your package arrives. Returns & Refunds

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and the request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Customized products, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible. To initiate a return, email us at info@trendyleatherjackets.com with your order number, reason, and photos. Return shipping costs are fully covered by us on eligible cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For exchanges, the replacement is delivered within 14 business days. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. Lost shipments are covered with either a full refund or a free replacement, your choice.
